For Microsoft Edge:

Press the keys CTRL + SHIFT + DEL all at the same time

A new window opens ("Clear browsing data")

Change the time range to "ALL TIME"

Confirm "Download History, Cookies and Other Site Data, Cached images and files" are all checked

Click blue 'Clear Now' button

When the cache is cleared, close and reopen the Microsoft Edge browser
For Google Chrome:

Press the keys CTRL + SHIFT + DEL all at the same time

A new window opens ("Clear browsing data")

Click on the Basic tab

Change time range to 'ALL TIME'

Confirm "Browsing History, Cookies and Other Site Data, Cached images and files" are all checked

Click on the Advanced tab

Change time range to 'ALL TIME'

Confirm "Browsing History, Download History, Cookies and Other Site Data, Cached images and files" are all checked

Click blue 'Clear data' button

Wait for cache to clear (spinning circle will stop and return to Clear Browsing Data window)

When the cache is cleared, close and reopen the Google Chrome browser
