  • Clearing your browser's cache can potentially solve problems you may be experiencing.  If you need to clear your cache, please follow the directions below:


For Microsoft Edge:

Press the keys CTRL + SHIFT + DEL all at the same time

A new window opens ("Delete browsing data")

Click on the drop down for time range and select "ALL TIME"
4 Confirm "Browsing History, Download History, Cookies and Other Site Data, Cached images and files" are all checked
5 Click blue 'Clear Now' button
6 When the cache is cleared, close and reopen the Microsoft Edge browser


For Google Chrome:

Press the keys CTRL + SHIFT + DEL all at the same time

A new window opens ("Delete browsing data")

Click on the More tab
4 Change time range to 'ALL TIME'
5 Confirm "Browsing History, Cookies and Other Site Data, Cached images and files, Download History" are all checked

Click blue 'Delete data' button

Wait for cache to clear (spinning circle will stop and return to Delete Browsing Data window)

When the cache is cleared, close and reopen the Google Chrome browser
