Unable to find the Military Opt-Out form in Parent Digital Consent (PDC) Issue Summary: Parent is logged into Parent Digital Consent (PDC) but cannot find the Military Opt-Out form (Denial of Access to Military Recruiters). Solution: Follow the steps below: Step Directions 1 The Military Opt-Out form is only assigned to students in 11th grade, 12th grade, or the CT program. 2 If the student is not in one of these groups, the form will not be assigned to them in PDC.
