How do I setup MFA or 2FA with an authenticator app?

The current cybersecurity best practices recommend using a mobile authenticator app for secure authentication. Both Microsoft and Google provide free authenticator apps for you to use. Once you have installed the authenticator app in your phone, you will need to set up all three FCPS accounts.
