Submit a ticket in the FCPS Tech Support Portal as a Staff Member

Issue Summary:

Staff members need to submit a ticket in the FCPS Tech Support Portal but cannot view the Submit a Ticket tile.
This occurs when the staff member has not logged into the Tech Support Portal.

Solution:

The staff member must first sign into the Tech Support Portal to see the Submit a Ticket tile.
- Special Note: Before a staff member submits a ticket, the staff member should use the search bar to find answers to common questions. By logging in, the staff member has expanded access to the FCPS knowledge base.
If the search bar does not help you find your answer, please follow the steps below to Submit a Ticket and your request will be routed to the appropriate IT Support partner to assist you with the resolution.

From the Tech Support Portal landing page, https://support.fcps.edu click the Login link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Click on the "Submit a Ticket" tile to submit an FCPS Tech Support ticket.
