From the portal landing page, click the Login link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Login with your FCPS Staff network username and password.

Once logged in, FCPS staff members will be able to submit tickets, request services and have access to internal solution articles.

After a staff member has successfully logged in, on the portal homepage, click on the "Submit a Ticket" card to submit an FCPS Tech Support ticket.
