Want to access FCPS Tech Portal as a Staff Member

In order to have access to all resources in the FCPS Tech Portal, staff members must first login.
To Login to the FCPS Tech Support Portal:

From the portal landing page, click the Login link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Once logged in, FCPS staff members will be able to submit tickets, request services and have access to internal solution articles. 4

After a staff member has successfully logged in, on the portal homepage, click on the "Submit a Ticket" card to submit an FCPS Tech Support ticket.
