  • Want to use Papercut to print on a Chromebook

Solution

  • Students can print to PaperCut printers from their Chromebooks using the following steps:

Papercut Mobility Printing will be an option for you to choose from in your printers. By default your print settings will be set to "Save as PDF" when first logging into your Chromebook.

To print to Mobility Print click File > Print

By default, the destination will show "Save as PDF"
4 Click the drop-down arrow and select "See more…"
5 Choose "Mobility Printing" as your Destination
6 Click "Print"
7 When you click print you will be asked to sign into PaperCut. Choose “Sign in with Google” and your print job will automatically go through and the dialogue box will close.
8 Select your student account.
9 Click “Allow” to trust PaperCut.
