How do I fix opening my Adobe documents in Adobe if the icon is showing Chrome and not Adobe?

Right click on a documents that is an Adobe PDF (but is showing the Chrome icon)
Go to "Open with" and then click on "Choose Another App"
In the list, find and select the Adobe Acrobat icon
Check the box at the bottom "Always use this app to open .pdf files"
Click "Ok" and all Adobe documents will display the Adobe icon
