Zoom is a communication platform that includes audio and video conferencing, an interactive whiteboard, the ability to chat with others, and application/desktop sharing.

All FCPS computers should have the Zoom desktop application installed. If you do not see the application, you can install it from the Software Center. You can also install Zoom on personal devices from Zoom's Download Center. To sign in with your FCPS Zoom account, you must always select Sign in with SSO and then enter myfcpsk12.zoom.us as the domain.

Things to know about Zoom...

All FCPS staff have Zoom licenses, but only monthly-paid staff can host meetings longer than 40 minutes or be listed as an Alternative Host. If a non-monthly-paid staff member needs access to a Zoom Professional license they should contact Adam Bowen.
FCPS has a limited number of professional licenses available, so approvals are made on a case-by-case basis.
